How to recover your password

• Open the app on your device and click on "forgot password."

• Enter your email in the box provided. That is the same email with which you registered your SmartSMSSolutions account and then click on 'request password reset.'

• In seconds, you would be sent an email. Open the mail and click on 'reset password.'

• You would be redirected to the app; input a new password. You would be required to do that in the two boxes provided- your new password twice.

• Once you have filled in your new password, click on 'change password'.

• A message would pop up on your screen that says "password has been updated successfully. Please log in".

• Now input your email and new password and then click on "sign in". At this juncture, it is safe to say that you have successfully recovered your password.
