The transactional bind gives you the best pricing to deliver your SMS via the bulk route to phone numbers that are not on DND. Sender ID registration is required to deliver SMS via this route. In some instances, additional KYC might be required for the Sender ID.
The route is available to only the businesses that are registered in Nigeria, fully owned by Nigerian(s), and running their operations in Nigeria. Foreign and International business entities are required to use the International bind/route.
Note: If you have been one of our clients before we converted from the unit-based pricing to the Naira-based pricing, your SMS will be billed using the converted billing system. This was mentioned in the mail we sent to all our clients on June 1, 2021. You can find a detailed explanation of the rates and calculations on our blog.
Your billing will be adjusted to the one above once the converted value is exhausted and you fund your wallet.

The Transactional Bind (sometimes referred to as the full Corporate Route/Bind, Bank Route/Bind, or Financial Route Bind) requires approval before it can be provisioned for a client account. The route delivers to both DND and non-DND phone numbers. As such, it has the highest deliverability rate.

Voice OTP is one of the best channels to deliver time-sensitive One-Time passwords to your clients. It offers 100% delivery regardless of the phone number DND status. Additionally, you are billed when the call is delivered, that is when your clients pick up the call and listen to the OTP.
The pricing of the Voice OTP is based on a 5-second increment. At the rate of ₦1.50/5-second. There are standard OTP classes that are available for use.
